So, though creativity figures large in our work, the force behind it is always process — steps we take to understand our client, their customer, their competitive environment. Because restaurant promotions without process can be like football without a playbook — hard-hitting, but no score.
History
We acquired our first restaurant client — Rib Crib Barbecue and Grill — back in 1994. Since then, we've also acquired a rich understanding of the industry, which we've applied to help a growing list of clients achieve their own goals for growth.
Our restaurant clients fall into this general criteria:
- Startup concepts or established multi-unit restaurant chains
- QSR, fast casual and casual restaurant formats
- From 10 units to 400+ units
- Average tickets of $5 to $20
- May offer delivery, catering, take out (HMR) in addition to dine-in
- Promote regularly to attract customers
